About the Role
Are you a hospitality powerhouse with a passion for great food, great drinks, and even better guest experiences? We’re looking for a Food & Beverage Manager who knows how to run a tight operation and keep the energy high.
This role puts you at the heart of our F&B operation. You’ll lead from the front, drive fresh ideas, and help make our food and drink offering truly unforgettable.
What you will be doing:
- Leading, motivating, and developing a passionate F&B team
- Overseeing daily operations across our food and beverage outlets and C&E
- Delivering standout guest experiences, every shift
- Managing stock, budgets, rosters, and suppliers like a pro
- Driving standards, consistency, and a positive team culture
- Working closely with senior management to elevate our offering
What you’ll need to succeed
- Have solid experience in food & beverage management (3 years minimum)
- Inspires, supports and brings out the best in their team
- Bring energy, creativity, and a hands-on approach
- Stay calm under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-driven with a true passion for hospitality
- Are polished, personable, and calm under pressure
- Are comfortable engaging with guests in a professional, friendly manner
- Flexibility to work full time around business requirements
