Marketing Assistant

LOCATION

Perth or Northam

We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Marketing Assistant to join our team. This is a varied role supporting our marketing and sales activities, with a strong focus on CRM management, digital marketing, content craetion, reporting, and client engagement.

The ideal candidate will be confident using technology, comfortable communicating with clients, and able to combine creativity with a practical, sales-focused approach to marketing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and maintain customer and prospect information in our CRM, ideally HubSpot.
• Support digital marketing, content creation, and lead generation activities.
• Engage with clients and prospects through outbound calls, follow-ups, and appointment setting.
• Use analytical and AI-enabled tools to support marketing activities and improve efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain monthly marketing and activity reports.
• Work closely with the sales team to support customer engagement and business development.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone proactive, organised, commercially minded, and confident communicating with customers.

You will ideally have:

• Experience using a CRM, preferably HubSpot.
• Strong digital marketing, content creation, and written communication skills.
• Confidence making outbound calls and engaging with clients.
• A sales-focused mindset with a strong customer focus.
• Experience using analytical tools and AI-enabled platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• The ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities.
