Disability Support Workers | Dandenong
Disability Connect Victoria is seeking experienced and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our team in Dandenong.
We are looking for several workers who are confident providing personal care and daily living support, including more complex supports such as bowel care, medication administration, manual handling and mealtime management.
Available Shifts
Regular shifts are available Monday to Saturday, including:
- 7:00 am to 11:00 am
- 7:00 am to 2:00 pm
We are looking to recruit approximately 5 to 6 workers to provide consistent coverage across the roster.
Applicants with good availability across multiple weekdays and Saturdays will be highly regarded.
About the Role
Your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting participants with daily living activities
- Personal care
- Bowel care
- Medication administration
- Manual handling and transfers
- Mealtime management
- Supporting participant health, safety and wellbeing
- Following individual support and care plans
- Completing accurate progress notes and documentation
- Working collaboratively with other members of the support team
A private vehicle is not required for this position.

- Experience providing personal care
- Experience with bowel care
- Medication administration experience
- Strong manual handling skills
- Experience with mealtime management
