This one’s a little different.

We’re looking for a hands on Senior Property Manager / All Rounder with strong systems and process experience to support our team across the Lower North Shore offices — no portfolio management, just jumping in where needed and keeping everything running smoothly.

You’ll be part of a high performing, supportive team, playing a key role across the Property Management function.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing portfolio cover across the team as needed
  • Hosting inspections and supporting leasing activity
  • Acting as a tenant concierge, delivering a high level of service
  • Stepping in to support day to day operations when team members are on leave or away
  • Assisting with general office duties and ad hoc support across the PM function

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in residential property management
  • Flexibility to support across different areas of the role
  • Strong understanding of legislation and compliance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident working within structured systems and processes
  • Proactive, organised, and a team-first mindset
  • Proficiency in Property Tree and Inspection Express
  • Current NSW Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
