We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and motivated Inspection Host to join our dynamic Upper North Shore team, working across the Wahroonga and St Ives offices Monday-Friday. In this role, you’ll balance office tasks with on the road inspections, ensuring our properties meet the highest standards. This is a fantastic chance to gain hands-on experience in Property Management while enjoying strong growth potential.

What you’ll do:

  • Conduct thorough ingoing, outgoing and routine property inspections
  • Ensure that all properties assigned to you are kept up to the required standard
  • Complete prospective tenant viewings as needed
  • Ensure property photography and signage is complete within timelines
  • Assist the Property Management department as required
  • Manage keys for trades people access
  • Submit weekly and monthly reports
  • Other relevant ongoing or adhoc duties as required
  • Attend all weekly team meetings and training sessions
  • Uphold the integrity of the DiJones brand by delivering service excellence

About you:

  • You’ll be a motivated, can-do team player
  • Have a Certificate of Registration/Assistant Agents Licence or be willing to obtain
  • Brilliant opportunity for an entry level position into real estate

  • Genuine passion for Real Estate that you’ll demonstrate to our clients

  • Previous experience with inspections & liaising with clients highly desirable
  • Must have a car and driver’s license
