Description

We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Property Manager to join our growing team in Terrigal. This hands on, office based role is a great opportunity to learn the back end of Property Management while supporting a busy and high performing team.

You’ll provide day to day administrative support, including handling tenant communication, coordinating repairs and maintenance, following up on arrears, assisting with inspection overflow and helping ensure the smooth management of the portfolio.

This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands on experience, build confidence and develop a long term career in Property Management with strong growth potential.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Ideally 1 year of industry or Property Management experience

  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Motivation and resilience when facing challenges
  • Experience with Property Tree and Inspection Manager preferred
  • A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
