Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager/Business Development Manager to join our sales team in New South Wales. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

– Identify potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, referrals, etc.

– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by providing excellent customer service

– Develop customized solutions to meet clients’ needs

– Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

– Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors

– Prepare proposals for potential clients outlining our services/products offered

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

– 5+ years of experience in sales/business development roles

– Proven track record of achieving sales targets

– Strong negotiation skills

– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
