At Drummond Golf, we’re passionate about helping Australians enjoy the game we love. As Australia’s leading golf retailer, we’re seeking a creative, driven and commercially savvy National Visual Merchandiser to elevate the in-store experience across our national franchise network.

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a newly created role where you’ll be able to shape visual merchandising standards, influence customer experience, and make a visible impact across one of Australia’s most recognised retail brands.

Working closely with Franchisees, Product, Marketing and Store Development teams, you’ll bring our stores to life through engaging displays, compelling product presentation, and innovative merchandising strategies that drive customer engagement and sales.

What You’ll Be Doing

As our National Visual Merchandiser, you’ll play a key role in enhancing the customer journey and supporting store performance by:

• Developing and maintaining visual merchandising standards, planograms and best-practice guidelines across the network.
• Creating inspiring seasonal, promotional and new product displays that showcase our products and drive sales.
• Supporting store refurbishments, fit-outs and the rollout of key business initiatives, including Project Revitalise.
• Travelling throughout the network to conduct store visits, merchandising audits and provide coaching and support to Franchisees.
• Managing supplier POS submissions, display requests, fixtures, props and merchandising materials.
• Collaborating with Product and Marketing teams to maximise product visibility and promotional impact.
• Analysing sales trends and customer insights to continually improve merchandising execution and store performance.

About You

You’re a creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of what makes a retail environment both engaging and commercially successful.

You’ll need to bring

• Experience in a similar franchise environment within sporting goods doing visual merchandising, retail presentation, store styling or a related field
• A strong understanding of retail merchandising principles and customer shopping behaviour
• Experience developing planograms, merchandising standards and visual guidelines
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and/or InDesign) and Microsoft 365
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships across a franchise network
• A hands-on approach, strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• A passion for creating outstanding retail experiences
• An interest in golf, sport or the retail industry, or a willingness to learn

This role involves regular travel across our store network, including occasional interstate and overnight travel. A current driver’s licence is essential.
