National Visual Merchandiser

Drummond Golf is seeking a passionate and creative National Visual Merchandiser to support our franchise network in delivering a consistent, engaging, and commercially effective in-store experience.

Working closely with Franchisees, Product, Marketing, and Store Development teams, you’ll be responsible for maintaining visual merchandising standards, creating impactful displays, supporting store refurbishments, and ensuring our stores reflect the Drummond Golf brand at its very best.

About the Role

In this newly created hands-on role, you will:

• Develop and maintain visual merchandising standards, manuals, and store planograms.
• Design and execute seasonal, promotional, and new product displays that drive customer engagement and sales.
• Support store fit-outs and the rollout of key network initiatives, including Project Revitalise.
• Conduct store visits and merchandising audits, providing coaching and recommendations to Franchisees.
• Manage supplier POS submissions, display requests, fixtures, props, and merchandising materials.
• Partner with Product and Marketing teams to maximise product exposure and promotional effectiveness.
• Analyse sales trends and customer insights to inform merchandising strategies and improve store performance.

About You

You’ll be a creative and commercially minded retail professional who enjoys working in the field and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Experience in visual merchandising, retail display, styling, or store presentation
• Strong understanding of retail merchandising principles and customer shopping behaviour
• Experience creating planograms and visual merchandising guidelines
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign) and Microsoft Office 365
• Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong attention to detail and a practical, hands-on approach
• An interest in golf or willingness to learn about the industry
• A creative flair with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
