  • Contribute to team meetings and deliver on-the-job training to enhance staff skills and knowledge.

Customer Service:

  • Resolve member issues swiftly to ensure satisfaction, including responding to emails, social media comments, and Google reviews.
  • Foster a welcoming environment by greeting members and visitors warmly and addressing their needs effectively.

Membership, Retail, and Nutrition Bar:

  • Drive sales across memberships, supplements, apparel, accessories, and consumables to meet individual and team targets.
  • Ensure the retail area is well-stocked, properly ticketed, and meets checklist standards.
  • Support Nutrition Bar operations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, cleanliness, and timely stock replenishment.

Cleanliness and Maintenance:

  • Ensure the presentation and cleanliness of the gym, retail, and Nutrition Bar areas, creating a safe and inviting environment.
  • Coordinate with gym staff to address incidents, maintenance issues, or equipment malfunctions, working with the Operations Team to maximise efficiency.

Administrative Duties:

  • Complete assigned administrative tasks, including scheduled reporting and maintaining accurate records.
  • Track and report attendance for Group Fitness (GF) and Pilates classes, manage instructor coverage, and communicate timetable changes.
  • Oversee email communications, ensuring timely action and responses.

Event and Meeting Participation:

  • Attend meetings and gym events as required and deputise for the Manager where directed.
