The Opportunity

We’re looking for a motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our Operations team. This is a hands on role that plays a vital part in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and their orders are delivered accurately and on time.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Warehouse Assistant, you will support the smooth day-to-day operation of our warehouse by:

• Picking, packing and dispatching client orders accurately and efficiently
• Prioritising all orders received before 12:00pm for same day processing
• Processing incoming and outgoing orders, including invoicing, order finalisation, and inventory system updates
• Booking shipments with our preferred courier partners
• Preparing kits, promotional items, and VIP gift boxes to a high standard
• Providing exceptional customer service by responding professionally and promptly to internal and external emails and phone enquiries
• Assisting with general telephone enquiries and directing queries to the appropriate team members when required.
• Maintaining warehouse organisation, ensuring stock is stored neatly, correctly labelled, and rotated according to expiry dates
• Participating in weekly SKU checks and annual stocktake activities
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to help the warehouse operate efficiently and effectively

Skills & Experience:

• Prior experience in a logistics/warehouse environment (beneficial)
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer literacy
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
