What You’ll Be Doing
As the first point of contact, you’ll set the tone for a calm, welcoming, and premium patient experience. Your day will include:
- Greeting every patient with warmth and professionalism from arrival to departure
- Managing bookings, patient enquiries, and payments with precision and care
- Coordinating schedules and supporting the clinical team to ensure the day runs seamlessly
- Handling phone calls, emails, and administrative tasks efficiently and accurately

- Collaborating with colleagues to deliver a smooth and memorable patient journey
What You’ll Bring
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, reception, or guest services
- Display strong interpersonal soft skills: communication, multitasking, and remaining calm, organised, and attentive under pressure
