Dental Boutique Melton is seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Dental Assistant who is reliable, passionate about patient care, and enjoys working in a supportive, fast-paced clinical environment.

About the Role

As a Dental Assistant, you will:

  • Provide chairside assistance across a wide range of general, cosmetic and surgical dental procedures
  • Deliver an exceptional patient experience by making every patient feel comfortable and cared for
  • Prepare treatment rooms and instruments to ensure efficient clinical workflows
  • Maintain the highest standards of sterilisation and infection control
  • Assist with stock management, equipment maintenance and general clinical administration
  • Support dentists and the wider clinical team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have at least 1 year of Dental Assisting experience in Australia (essential)
  • Hold a Certificate III in Dental Assisting (highly regarded but not essential)
  • Are reliable, punctual and take pride in your attendance and work ethic
  • Have a bubbly, positive personality and enjoy building rapport with patients
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Are proactive, adaptable and eager to learn
  • Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a supportive team
  • Are committed to delivering exceptional patient care every day
