Dental Boutique Melton is seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Dental Assistant who is reliable, passionate about patient care, and enjoys working in a supportive, fast-paced clinical environment.
About the Role
As a Dental Assistant, you will:
- Provide chairside assistance across a wide range of general, cosmetic and surgical dental procedures
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience by making every patient feel comfortable and cared for
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments to ensure efficient clinical workflows
- Maintain the highest standards of sterilisation and infection control
- Assist with stock management, equipment maintenance and general clinical administration
- Support dentists and the wider clinical team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture
About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have at least 1 year of Dental Assisting experience in Australia (essential)
- Hold a Certificate III in Dental Assisting (highly regarded but not essential)
- Are reliable, punctual and take pride in your attendance and work ethic
- Have a bubbly, positive personality and enjoy building rapport with patients
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Are proactive, adaptable and eager to learn
- Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a supportive team
- Are committed to delivering exceptional patient care every day
