At Dental Boutique Burnside we’re seeking passionate, full-time or part-time Dental Assistants to join our foundation team and help shape an unforgettable patient experience – no experience needed and immediate start available!

What You’ll Do

• Chair-side assisting — assist clinicians with a wide range of dental procedures, including examinations, scale and cleans, composite restorations, crowns, and surgical dental procedures.
• Sterilisation & room preparation — manage the cleaning, sterilisation, and maintenance of dental and surgical instruments, ensuring compliance with infection prevention and control standards. Prepare treatment rooms, organise instruments and materials, and maintain efficient clinical workflows to support safe, high-quality patient care.
• Patient experience — welcome patients, provide comfort, and guide them through their visit Team collaboration — work closely with a supportive and dedicated team, committed to excellence.

About You

• No experience needed!
• Certificate III in Dental Assisting (desired, not essential)
• Strong understanding of infection control and sterilisation procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Hard working, reliable, emotionally intelligent

• A positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
