Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support our Workforce Rostering & Scheduling team within the social care sector in Perth, Western Australia. This part-time, permanent role is essential for ensuring efficient scheduling and rostering of staff, contributing to the overall effectiveness of our services. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a commitment to enhancing the quality of care provided to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the scheduling and rostering of staff to ensure adequate coverage for client needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of staff availability, leave requests, and shift changes.
  • Communicate effectively with staff regarding their schedules and any changes.
  • Support the management team in the development and implementation of rostering policies.
  • Utilise scheduling software to optimise staff allocation and minimise gaps in service delivery.
  • Prepare reports on staffing levels and assist in identifying trends or issues.
  • Provide administrative support to the Workforce Rostering & Scheduling team as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the social care sector.
