A day in your new work life

As our sample management associate, you’ll support our scientists by managing every bioanalytical sample that comes through our doors.

That means you’ll be:

• Receiving and checking clinical samples
• Reviewing sample documentation and identifying discrepancies
• Entering and maintaining sample records in LabKey
• Sample storage and retrieval
• Inventory reconciliation
• Maintaining sample traceability and chain of custody
• Preparing samples for shipment
• Coordinating inbound and outbound shipments
• Maintaining shipment records
• Liaising with couriers, vendors and clients 

What we’re looking for

To be our top pick, you’re organised, comfortable working with detailed information, and the kind of person who notices when something doesn’t quite add up.

Previous experience in sample management, laboratory operations, logistics, warehousing or another highly process-driven environment would be advantageous. However, we are also interested in candidates early in their careers who can demonstrate strong attention to detail, organisation and a willingness to learn.
