Join the team at Crowne Plaza Sydney Airport as Chef de Partie and be part of a dynamic kitchen delivering memorable dining experiences to our guests. You’ll play a key role in delivering consistently high-quality food across our Restaurants and Room Service. This is a great opportunity for an experienced chef looking to further develop their skills in a fast-paced airport hotel environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Prepare and deliver consistently high-quality dishes across all service periods
  • Take responsibility for your designated section, ensuring smooth and efficient service
  • Support the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs with day-to-day kitchen operations
  • Assist in guiding and supporting junior members of the kitchen team
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency
  • Ensure the kitchen is clean, organised and compliant with food safety standards
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative and high-performing kitchen culture

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, or an experienced Demi Chef/Commis Chef ready to take the next step
  • Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen, preferably within a hotel environment
  • A genuine passion for food and delivering exceptional dining experiences
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in food presentation
  • Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate confidently with colleagues
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
