As one of WA’s leading privately owned transport companies, we’re seeking an experienced Vehicle Detailer to join our Bulkline Haulage Port Hedland team. Responsibilities:
Working as part of our Port Hedland Workshop team, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of our heavy vehicle fleet to the highest standard. Your duties will include:
- Emptying and cleaning vehicle compartments.
- Washing tyres and wheel arches, including blackening tyres where required.
- Washing and polishing vehicle windows.
- Washing, drying, polishing and waxing vehicle exteriors.
- Vacuuming vehicle interiors and dry-cleaning carpets and upholstery where required.
- Using cleaning products to remove stains from vehicle interiors.
- Completing minor cosmetic repairs, including upholstery touch-ups and removing scratches and chips from paintwork and glass.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- Valid & current WA driver’s licence
- An AQF Certificate I (or equivalent) relevant to the role, or a minimum of one (1) year experience in vehicle detailing or a similar role.
- A current Australian Driver’s Licence.
- The ability to meet pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening requirements.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screening and assessment
- Must be able to provide an NPC (within 3 months) and Infringement history report.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
As part of the employment process, the successful applicant will be required to undertake a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening and complete several company and client inductions.
