Summary:

We are seeking expressions of interest from motivated MC Operators to join our mining & projects team working within the Pilbara Region, Western Australia.

Cropline Group is an innovative bulk commodity transporter, playing a vital role in sustaining Western Australia’s export-driven economy. We transport a variety of products including Iron Ore, Dangerous Goods, Grain, and Fertiliser across the Pilbara, Onslow, Goldfields, and Wheatbelt regions. Our operations are continually diversifying to provide exceptional transport solutions across WA.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain MC vehicles in compliance with safety regulations
  • Assist in loading and unloading materials at various sites
  • Conduct routine inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working order
  • Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure efficient operations
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle usage
  • Adhere to all health and safety protocols while on site

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

  • Valid & current MC driver’s licence
  • Current Fatigue Management Certificate for Professional Drivers
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience operating side tippers road trains
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screening and assessment
  • Must be able to provide an NPC (within 3 months) and Infringement history report.
  • Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential

As part of the employment process, the successful applicant will be required to undertake a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening and complete several company and client inductions.
