Summary:
We are seeking expressions of interest from motivated MC Operators to join our agriculture division Cropline Haulage (CLH).
CLH based out of Welshpool, operates a dynamic and seasonal transport business supporting the agricultural sector across Western Australia. Our work spans grain, fertiliser, and lime sand movements, with demand varying throughout the year in line with seasonal requirements and client needs.
The role typically operates on an average of 10/12-hour days, Monday to Friday, with additional hours and weekend work available in line with operational requirements.
CLH’s annual operations include:

Harvest (September – February): Transporting grain from farms to receival sites including CBH, Bunge, and Demeter Cormack.

Lime Sand (December – May): Delivering lime sand to growers, primarily loading from Lancelin, Dongara, and Boranup.

Fertiliser – Grower (March – July): Delivering fertiliser directly to farms, loading from suppliers such as CSBP, Summit Fertiliser, and Whitfert.

CSBP Fertiliser Transfers (Year-round): Transferring fertiliser between CSBP sites across WA.

CSBP Vessel Operations (Quarterly): Supporting fertiliser discharge from vessels at Bunbury Port.

CBH Grain Transfers (October – July): Moving grain between CBH sites within the Kwinana Zone to support storage and export operations.
This role suits individuals who are comfortable working in a high-demand, seasonal environment and can adapt to changing operational priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain MC vehicles in compliance with safety regulations
- Assist in loading and unloading materials at various sites
- Conduct routine inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working order
- Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure efficient operations
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle usage
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols while on site
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- Valid & current MC driver’s licence
- Current Fatigue Management Certificate for Professional Drivers
- Minimum 2 years’ experience operating MC end tipper combinations.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screening and assessment
- Must be able to provide an NPC (within 3 months) and Infringement history report.
- History of compliance and strong safety record
- Ability to work in a team and follow instruction
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential
