Operating as part of the broader Cropline Group of Companies, IGH combines practical industry experience with strong operational capability across agriculture, transport, warehousing, and logistics. With a strong focus on safety, reliability, and operational efficiency, IGH supports a range of customers across the agricultural, mining, and industrial sectors through flexible and solution-focused operations.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience in a similar yard, warehouse, logistics, transport, or bulk handling environment;
  • Holds a High Risk Work Licence – Forklift (LF);
  • Has experience operating Reach Stackers, Front End Loaders, Skid Steers / Bobcats, or other mobile plant equipment;
  • Takes pride in maintaining a safe, clean, and organised work environment;
  • Has a strong commitment to safety and safe work practices;
  • Is reliable, motivated, and willing to contribute as part of a team;
  • Has a practical, can-do attitude and is willing to assist across a variety of operational tasks;
  • Is physically fit and capable of performing multiple manual handling tasks;
  • Has basic computer skills and confidence assisting with operational and logistics administration requirements;
  • Is looking for stable, long-term employment and growth within the business.

Highly Regarded Tickets & Experience

The following tickets, training, and experience will be highly regarded:

  • High Risk Work Licences – LF and/or Reach Stacker (RS);
  • Front End Loader, Skid Steer / Bobcat, or other mobile plant experience;
  • Loader, Excavator, or Telehandler tickets;
  • HR Drivers Licence desirable (MC Licence highly regarded);
  • Mobile Plant VOCs (Verification of Competency);
