- Supporting players experiencing wellbeing or mental health challenges and coordinating appropriate interventions and external clinical referrals
- Evaluating the reach and effectiveness of wellbeing initiatives while protecting player confidentiality
- Working closely with Cricket Australia’s wellbeing network and other key stakeholders to align with national frameworks and contemporary practice
About you’ll bring
You’re an experienced and collaborative psychologist who enjoys building trusted relationships and working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
You understand that high-performance environments can be demanding and complex. You’re comfortable balancing player care, confidentiality, performance needs and organisational responsibilities, and you bring sound judgement, empathy and credibility to your work.

- Experience working within elite sport or another high-performance environment
