We’re CPAP Direct, Australia’s go-to team for sleep and respiratory health, and we’re looking for a Clinical CPAP Specialist to join our Penrith team on a 9-month maternity leave contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with retail experience who is friendly, reliable, confident and genuinely passionate about helping people.
You don’t need to be a sleep expert — we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed!
🛠️ What’s the job?
As a Clinical CPAP Specialist, you’ll play an important role in helping customers improve their sleep and quality of life. Your day-to-day will include:
- Helping customers find the right CPAP equipment for their individual needs
- Conducting clinical consultations with care and confidence
- Supporting customers throughout their CPAP therapy journey
- Building strong relationships with customers and health professionals
- Providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience
- Learning about CPAP equipment, sleep health and the latest technology
- Working collaboratively with the wider team while also being confident working independently
- Keeping customer information and records accurate and up to date

Experience in CPAP, pharmacy, optical, healthcare, medical or other customer-focused environments would be highly regarded, but it’s not essential.
Most importantly, we want someone who is eager to learn, isn’t afraid to ask questions and genuinely cares about doing a great job.
