2. Kitchen All-Rounder.

Delivering a great service is at the heart of both roles. You’ll work alongside the team in a fast-paced environment, following clear systems and service procedures to keep things running smoothly.

Across both roles:

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across equipment, work areas and guest spaces.
• Follow venue systems, opening and closing checklists, and daily procedures.
• Support your teammates and take initiative when something needs doing.

As a Front of House Host:

• Welcome guests warmly and help them feel at home THORUGHOUT ALL EXPEIRENCE: COMO PRINCIPIO A FIN
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and accurately to guests’ tables.
• Check in on guests throughout their visit.
• Clear, reset and sanitise tables efficiently to keep service flowing.

As a Kitchen All-Rounder:

• Support food preparation and service, following recipes and quality standards.
• Keep dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment clean and ready for use.
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Help keep the kitchen organised and stocked throughout service.
