Sprayer Driver

The Opportunity

We are now seeking experienced Sprayer Drivers to join our Spray Seal team in Karratha and across the Pilbara and Kimberley regions. As a well-established business with a strong team culture, we are looking for operators who are motivated, detail-driven, and confident working in fast-paced environments.

The role is available on either a residential basis in Karratha or FIFO from Perth, on a 3 weeks on / 1 week off or 4 weeks on / 1 week off roster. Other locations may be considered for the right candidate.

The Requirements

• Current HR Driver’s License (valid in WA)
• Valid Blue/White Card (WA compliant)
• Demonstrated experience operating spray seal plant, particularly bitumen sprayers (highly regarded)
• Experience operating heavy mobile plant (e.g. front end loader, rollers, pavers, skid steer)
• Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and operational standards
• Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol screening and Pre-Employment Medical
• Reliable, hard-working attitude with the ability to perform effectively in a team environment
• Willingness to work in remote and regional locations as required
