Due to continued growth across the Central Coast Region and client requirements, we are seeking experienced male or female disability support workers in the Central Coast Region, such as Wyong, Budgewoi, etc for the “morning, afternoon, sleepovers and active nights.

The Role

You will support participants in Supported Independent Living (SIL) and community settings, providing

consistent, safe, and meaningful care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver person-centred supports aligned with care plans
  • Implement Behaviour Support Plans (BSP)
  • Support with personal care and daily living tasks
  • Assist with community access and engagement
  • Complete shift notes and incident reporting
  • Work collaboratively with families and allied health teams

What we’re looking for

  • Experience with challenging behaviours / complex needs
  • Understanding of positive behaviour support
  • Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable, flexible, and passionate about making a difference

Essential Requirements

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working With Children Check
  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
  • Cert III/IV in Disability (preferred)
