We’re seeking caring Female Disability Support Workers to support female NDIS participants living with mental health and psychosocial disabilities in Caboolture QLD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualised support in accordance with participants’ NDIS plans.
  • Assist with community access, social engagement, and recreational activities.
  • Support participants to build independent living skills and daily routines.
  • Promote positive mental health, wellbeing, and recovery-focused outcomes.
  • Assist with personal care where required.
  • Maintain accurate progress notes and incident reports.
  • Build professional, respectful relationships with participants, families, and allied health professionals.
  • Follow positive behaviour support strategies and organisational policies.
  • Ensure participant safety while maintaining dignity, choice, and control.

Essential Requirements:

  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Mental Health, Community Services, or a related qualification.
  • Experience supporting people with mental health or psychosocial disabilities.
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
  • Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable, insured vehicle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
