Connect Children and Families is offering an exciting opportunity to complete a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care while gaining valuable, hands-on experience at Bunya Early Childhood Centre in Winmalee.

No previous experience is required; we’ll provide the training, mentoring and support you need to succeed.

 

About Us

Connect Children and Families is a not-for-profit organisation supporting children, families and communities across the Blue Mountains, Lithgow, Hawkesbury and Western Sydney.

At Bunya Early Childhood Centre, we provide high-quality education and care in a warm, welcoming and inclusive environment. Following our recent expansion, we’re excited to welcome a new trainee to our team.

Located in Winmalee, we’re surrounded by the beautiful Blue Mountains and are just 20 minutes from Penrith.

 

About the Role

As a trainee, you’ll work alongside experienced educators while completing your nationally recognised Certificate III qualification.

You’ll gain practical experience in:

  • Supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing
  • Creating engaging, play-based learning experiences
  • Building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
  • Working as part of a supportive and collaborative team
  • Maintaining safe, inclusive and welcoming learning environments

You’ll be supported throughout your traineeship by experienced educators and dedicated Practice Mentors who are invested in your success.
