Lead a small, community-connected early childhood centre where every child is known, included and celebrated. Possum’s Patch Early Childhood Centre is seeking an experienced Centre Director and Nominated Supervisor to provide warm, confident leadership in our 24-place long day care service in Mount Victoria.

About the role
As Centre Director, you will lead daily operations, educational quality, compliance, team culture and family partnerships. You will help create the conditions for children to thrive, families to feel connected and educators to do their best work.
- Lead and support a dedicated early childhood team
- Champion inclusive, high-quality education and care aligned with the NQF and EYLF
- Oversee staffing, enrolments, compliance, reporting and continuous improvement
- Build trusted relationships with families, the school and local community partners
- Promote a safe, child-centred environment where every child is respected and supported
What you’ll bring
- An ACECQA-approved Early Childhood degree
- Leadership experience in early childhood education and care
- Strong knowledge of the NQF, EYLF and child protection requirements
- Confidence to act as Nominated Supervisor
- A collaborative leadership style and commitment to inclusion and family-centred practice
