The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated, organised, and proactive Business Support Officer (BSO) to join our dynamic team in Gregory Hills.

This is much more than an administrative position. As a key member of our operations team, you will play an important role in supporting service delivery, assisting leadership, coordinating projects, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage NDIS service agreements, referrals, and incident documentation
  • Coordinate operational projects, audits, and compliance activities
  • Liaise with participants, families, support coordinators, allied health professionals, and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain CRM systems, SharePoint, and organisational records to ensure compliance and audit readiness
  • Provide executive and administrative support, including diary and inbox management
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks and reporting requirements
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to operational efficiencies
  • Support business initiatives and projects as required

About You

You are a highly organised professional who enjoys working collaboratively while taking ownership of your responsibilities.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in executive support, business administration, operations coordination, client services, or a similar role
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and digital platforms
  • Knowledge of the NDIS and disability sector

Performance Expectations

This role includes clear performance measures, including:

  • Appointments scheduled within 24 hours where applicable
  • High levels of documentation accuracy and compliance
  • Timely project and CRM updates
  • Stakeholder enquiries responded to within one business day
  • Continuous contribution to process improvement initiatives
