CSBS is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Female Disability Support Workers to support a female participant in Ipswich.

About the Role
Location: Ipswich
Employment Type: Casual
This position supports a female participant in Ipswich. As part of a 24/7 support team, shifts may include:
- Afternoon shifts
- Passive sleepover shifts
- Active awake overnight shifts
Availability across a variety of shift types will be highly regarded.

What You’ll Need
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Open Queensland Driver Licence
- Reliable motor vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
- A genuine commitment to supporting people with disability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts across a 24/7 roster
