CSBS is currently seeking compassionate, resilient, and experienced Disability Support Workers to support participants in the Redcliffe and Lawnton areas.

About the Role
Location: Redcliffe / Lawnton
Employment Type: Casual or Permanent Part-Time
We are recruiting support workers to join a dedicated support team assisting participants with Autism Level 3 and complex behavioural support needs.
As part of a 24/7 support team, shifts may include:
- Day shifts
- Afternoon shifts
- Passive sleepover shifts
- Active overnight shifts
- Weekend shifts
Availability across a variety of shift types will be highly regarded.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Experience supporting people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Level 3)
- Experience working with complex behaviours and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) strategies
- Confidence implementing behaviour support plans and restrictive practices where authorised
- A calm, patient, and proactive approach to support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster

What You’ll Need
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Open Queensland Driver Licence
- Reliable motor vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
- Experience supporting participants with Autism and complex behaviours
- A genuine commitment to supporting people with disability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts across a 24/7 roster
