🔷 Purpose of the Role
Reporting to the Claims Team Leader, you will play a key
role in delivering a tailored and market-leading claims service to clients,
brokers, and stakeholders.
You will manage a portfolio of claims from initial
notification through to settlement, ensuring claims are handled fairly,
efficiently, and in line with company procedures, service standards, and
regulatory requirements.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced
environment, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in achieving
quality outcomes.
✨ What You’ll Do
Claims Management
- Manage the assessment and progression of a portfolio of claims
- Gather and review information required to assess claims
- Monitor claim progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders
- Facilitate fair and accurate claim outcomes
- Ensure claims are processed within agreed service standards and timeframes
Customer Service
- Manage incoming calls and emails from clients, brokers, insurers, and service providers
- Provide guidance on claims processes and requirements
- Respond to enquiries promptly and professionally
- Deliver a positive customer experience throughout the claims journey
Complaints Resolution
- Manage complaints in accordance with Internal Dispute Resolution requirements
- Investigate, resolve, and escalate complaints where required
- Identify root causes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare written responses and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
Quality & Compliance
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory obligations
- Ensure accurate record keeping and documentation
- Contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement activities
