Description

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Support Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions in a CRM system
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Identify and escalate issues to appropriate teams when necessary
  • Continuously improve customer support processes and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support or technical support
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with CRM systems and ticketing systems
