About the Client:

Our client is a registered NDIS, TAC and WorkSafe provider delivering holistic disability support across home care, residential, respite and community settings. Their focus is on person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity and quality of life.


About the Role: We are building dedicated support teams for participants in the Geelong & Werribee region.

A mix of short shifts, longer shifts, sleepovers and active nights are available. These roles suit workers who value structure, consistency and clear communication within a team environment.

You will work as part of a regular team, supporting participants with daily routines and building a stable, respectful household environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide respectful and dignified personal care
  • Support daily routines with consistency and attention to detail
  • Assist with meals and household tasks
  • Support community access and appointments
  • Maintain clear, accurate documentation
  • Communicate effectively with participants, families and team members

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in disability support
  • Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support or similar
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain)
  • Working with Children Check – Employee
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module
  • Infection Control training
