About the role

Redland Bay Dental Care is a well-established, modern practice co-owned by Dr Ankit Wadhawan and Dr Noopur Sharma, backed by a capable practice support team. With modern facilities and a loyal local patient base, it’s a practice where you can focus on good dentistry and keep growing professionally.

We’re looking for a Dentist to join the team on a part-time basis, 4 days a week.

The roster is:

• Monday 8am – 5pm
• Wednesday 8am – 5pm
• Thursday 8am – 6pm
• Saturday 8 – 1pm

There’s also room to pick up Tuesdays from October, if that suits.

This role would suit a dentist with at least 6 months’ experience in private practice, comfortable providing comprehensive general dental care, who enjoys working as part of a collaborative, patient-focused team.

What you’ll be doing

• Assessing, diagnosing and treating dental conditions using sound clinical judgement
• Providing comprehensive general dental care, including preventative, restorative, endodontic, surgical, periodontal and prosthodontic treatment
• Talking patients through their options in plain language, so they understand what’s next and why
• Working within your scope of education, training and competence
• Working closely with dental assistants, reception and the wider team to keep patient care running smoothly
• Keeping accurate clinical records and meeting Dental Board of Australia guidelines

What we’re looking for

Essential

• At least 6 months’ experience in private dental practice
• Current AHPRA registration with no restrictions
• Professional indemnity insurance
• Strong communication skills and a genuine patient-first approach
• A commitment to ethical, high-quality dentistry for our patients

Preferred

• •An interest in ongoing professional development
• Comfortable working at a good pace in a busy, established practice
