About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Officer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about Microsoft technologies, cyber security, and delivering high-quality IT support in a modern cloud-first environment. You will be responsible for the administration, support, and continuous improvement of CleanPeak Energy’s corporate IT environment, playing a key role in supporting and securing our corporate technology environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide first-line support for hardware, software and network issues.
• Support day-to-day corporate IT operations including meeting room technology, conferencing systems, audiovisual equipment, printers, and general workplace technology services. 
• Perform system administration tasks, manage user accounts, permissions and access controls.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding of employees within the IT infrastructure.
• Install, configure and maintain computer hardware, monitors, and other devices, coordinating repairs and replacements as needed.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Assist with cybersecurity and compliance audit preparation.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset registers, procedures, standards, and security records.  

About You 

You are a motivated IT professional who enjoys technology, problem-solving, and helping people. You are security-conscious, detail-oriented, and eager to continue developing your technical capabilities in a modern Microsoft cloud environment. 

You will bring: 

• Qualifications in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Business Information Systems, or a related field.  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. 
• Practical experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments and Windows endpoints.  
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to research solutions independently and experience supporting hardware, remote users, and general desktop environments.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.  
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while taking ownership of assigned tasks.  

Required 

• Must have full Australian work rights.
