THE GIG

We are on the hunt for a Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team in this newly created role. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is responsible for building and growing the CTC brands, Thrills Co. and Worship Supplies, through strategic storytelling, content-led growth, and effective campaign execution.

The Marketing Manager owns the go-to-market planning and execution of all marketing initiatives, bringing our brands to life across content, social, ecommerce, and retail channels. They will ensure marketing activity is aligned to brand objectives while supporting customer engagement and commercial outcomes.

Working closely with the Product, Retail, and Ecommerce teams, this role will lead the delivery of marketing campaigns and initiatives that support both brand and business goals. The Marketing Manager will also provide clear direction, structure, and support to the Marketing Team to ensure successful execution across all channels.

 

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Lead seasonal and monthly Go-To-Market (GTM) planning and execution across all customer-facing channels and touchpoints.
  • Develop and manage integrated campaign calendars, launch timelines, key milestones, and execution deliverables to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Partner closely with Product, Retail, Ecommerce, Wholesale, Creative, and Leadership teams to align marketing activity and drive accountability across the business.
  • Lead the execution of seasonal campaigns, product launches, collaborations, events, activations, and brand initiatives that strengthen brand presence and commercial performance.
  • Own the content and social media strategy across the CTC brands, ensuring a balance of brand-building and sales-driving activity while maintaining distinct brand identities and storytelling.
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Marketing Team, ensuring clear briefs, structured workflows, and confident execution against priorities and KPIs.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the product, customer, youth culture, and emerging trends, using insights to inform campaign planning, content strategy, and brand activity.
  • Ensure a consistent and compelling customer experience across retail, ecommerce, wholesale, social, and brand channels.
  • Analyse campaign, channel, content, and marketing performance, delivering actionable insights, reporting, and recommendations to improve engagement, efficiency, and commercial outcomes.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring investment supports strategic priorities, maximises return on investment, and delivers against business objectives

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL NEED:

  • 5 + years’ experience in marketing, brand management or campaign coordination within retail, fashion, lifestyle or consumer brands.
  • Strong understanding of retail trading cycles and seasonal launch planning.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and the nuances between them, including what content formats, tones, and behaviours perform on each.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and timelines.
  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong capability in CRM, lifecycle marketing, and customer segmentation.
  • Experience working closely with e-commerce platforms and digital optimisation.
  • Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
