If you’ve spent time in general dentistry, you know the feeling — the same routine procedures, day after day, and a sense that your skills are being underutilised. At Allied Dental Innaloo, that’s not the job.

As an aesthetics-focused practice, the work here is different in a way that matters. You’ll be chairside for treatment that genuinely transforms how patients feel about themselves — smile makeovers, cosmetic restorations, cases where the outcome is visible, meaningful, and something the patient will thank you for. The kind of work where you finish the day knowing it counted.

We’re also running technology most practices don’t have — iTero intraoral scanning, Gemini laser, 3D printing, OPG imaging. Your clinical skills won’t just be used here, they’ll be stretched and sharpened.

With new practice management in place and a team being built deliberately, this is a chance to establish yourself early in a practice that takes quality seriously and recognises the people who do too.
