Description

CBC Group is an agile Facilities Maintenance business with a national footprint. We currently have an opportunity for a Facilities Administrator to join a supportive team. 

 

About the Role

This hands-on Facilities Administration role will ensure the smooth running of a key client account as well as potentially support on several smaller accounts. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will work closely with a team of trades professionals and administrators to manage high-volume coordination and admin tasks. If you thrive on variety, problem-solving, and high-energy coordination, this role delivers the perfect mix of responsibility and momentum. Specifically, the role will: 

 

  • Drive System Accuracy: Master our CMMS system, ensuring data remains clean, up-to-date, and usuable. 
  • Direct the Action: Dispatch work orders to multi-trade contractors (Carpentry, HVAC, Electrical, and more), ensuring fast and reliable service delivery. 
  • Maintain Safety & Compliance: Keep asset registers accurate and up to date with the latest safety regulations and industry standards. 
  • Streamline Documentation: Oversee contract admin, track key project milestones, and generate meaningful operational reports. 
  • Connect the Dots: Act as the central hub of communication, providing clear updates to contractors, clients, and internal team members 

About You

You are proactive and detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will bring the following: 

  • Admin Excellence: Proven experience organizing high-volume workloads with exceptional attention to detail. 
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and MS Project. 
  • People Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a natural talent for building strong relationships. 
  • Team Spirit: Ability to work autonomously while remaining an active, supportive team player. 
  • Industry Know-How: Previous experience in Facilities Management or Construction  environments is highly regarded.
