We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join our Victorian team. Based in Keilor Park, this role will support a diverse portfolio of clients and sites across Victoria, ensuring maintenance works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with client expectations.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Operations team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of maintenance services across multiple Victorian contracts, working closely with clients, subcontractors, technicians, Contract Administrators and Facilities Coordinators.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing reactive and planned maintenance works across a diverse portfolio of sites throughout Victoria.
- Coordinating and overseeing internal trades and subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely, on time and to the required standard.
- Preparing quotations, pricing maintenance works and supporting minor projects.
- Managing work orders from initiation through to completion, ensuring contractual KPIs and SLA requirements are achieved.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Conducting site visits and inspections as required.
- Managing contractor performance, compliance and service delivery outcomes.
- Reviewing maintenance requirements, prioritising works and allocating resources effectively.
- Working closely with Facilities Coordinators and Contract Administrators to ensure timely reporting and documentation.
- Ensuring all paperwork, compliance records and maintenance documentation are completed accurately and submitted on time.
- Identifying opportunities for operational improvements and enhanced customer outcomes.
About you:
You are an organised and solutions-focused Facilities Manager who can confidently manage multiple stakeholders, contracts and workstreams.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:
- Previous experience in a Facilities Management, Maintenance Management or Service Delivery role.
- A trade qualification or strong technical background within facilities maintenance, building services or construction.
- Experience managing subcontractors, maintenance schedules, quotations and customer relationships.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
- Experience working across varied environments including commercial, educational, retail or community facilities.
- Knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and relevant industry standards.
- Sound understanding of maintenance operations, compliance requirements and contractor management.
- Experience using systems and maintenance management software, including Uptick (or similar), will be highly regarded.

- Construction Induction Card.
- Ability and willingness to travel to sites across Victoria as required.
- Trade Qualification (desirable).
- First Aid Certificate (desirable).
- Working at Heights Certification (desirable).
- WHS, Facilities Management or Management-related qualifications (desirable).
