We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Hospitality Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in delivering a seamless and elevated member experience. 

About the Role 

This full-time leadership position presents the opportunity to be part of a close-knit, professional and high-performing hospitality team within one of Australia’s premier private clubs. 

Reporting into senior hospitality leadership, you will assist in overseeing the daily operation of clubhouse food and beverage services while leading by example on the floor and ensuring exceptional member experiences are consistently delivered. 

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in premium hospitality environments and enjoys mentoring teams, building culture and delivering personalised service. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead, motivate and support front-of-house team members during service  • Maintain exceptional service standards across all dining, bar and event operations  • Assist with rostering, service planning and daily operational coordination  • Ensure smooth day-to-day service delivery across the clubhouse  • Deliver warm, professional and highly personalised service to members and guests  • Support the coordination and execution of club events, functions and member experiences  • Assist with staff training, onboarding and development  • Maintain presentation, cleanliness and operational standards throughout the venue  • Handle guest requests and service recovery professionally and efficiently  • Work collaboratively with kitchen, golf operations and management teams  • Uphold Responsible Service of Alcohol and workplace safety standards 

About You 

To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess: 

• Previous experience in a hospitality supervisory or leadership role  • A genuine passion for premium service and guest experience  • Strong leadership and communication skills  • A calm, professional and solutions-focused approach  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills  • A hands-on attitude and willingness to support all areas of the operation  • The ability to lead by example and foster positive team culture  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and public holidays  • A current RSA Certificate 

Experience within private clubs, premium restaurants, hotels or luxury hospitality environments will be highly regarded.
