Restaurant Supervisor

Catering HQ is looking for proactive and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our dedicated team at our newest restaurant The Steakhouse located in Castle Hill RSL. We provide great opportunities for career progression.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicate with co-workers and management to solve problems and improve quality and service
• Assist in the opening and/or closing of the catering department as per the company checklist guidelines.
• Initiate dialogue and develop rapport with customers by learning their names, favourite drinks and food items
• Understand and anticipate customer needs and aim to exceed these requirements
• Provide exceptional quality, consistent offerings to our guests
• Assist in reaching business goals and objectives as set out by management

EXPERIENCE

• 1-2 years’ Experience in a similar role is ideal
• Fine dining experience is highly regarded
• Able to follow premium restaurant sequence of service
• Strong wine and food pairing knowledge is advantageous
• Experience in a leadership role, training staff in a premium setting
