ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly organised professional with excellent administrative skills and sound legal knowledge to join our team in this rewarding opportunity.
As a key member of the Permanency Support Programs team, you will provide high-quality administrative support, ensuring the accurate and timely management of client records, documentation, reporting, compliance activities, meeting coordination, and communications. You will play an important role in maintaining efficient operations while ensuring all work is completed in accordance with legislative, organisational, and contractual requirements.

Selection Criteria:
Essential
- Demonstrated administration experience in a professional, human services, community services, legal, medical or related environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records, reports and correspondence
- Minimum 80 WPM typing speed
- High level written communication skills, including the ability to prepare professional documents and meeting records
- Demonstrated ability to apply established procedures, exercise sound judgement and manage competing priorities within required timeframes
- High computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office software and electronic record management systems
- Understanding of confidentiality, privacy and appropriate handling of sensitive information
- Ability to communicate respectfully and professionally with internal staff and external stakeholders
- Willingness to work within the philosophy, policies and procedures of CASPA
Desired
- Experience working in Out-of-Home Care, Permanency Support Programs, child and family services or a related community services setting
- Experience supporting Out-of-Home Care compliance, audit preparation or quality assurance processes
- Knowledge of OCG compliance expectations, child protection documentation requirements or ISO9001 practice requirements
- Experience supporting meetings, minute taking, action tracking and stakeholder coordination
