About the Role

We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join our dynamic Client Services Team. This role plays a vital part in supporting the delivery of high quality, person-centered services through effective coordination, frontline leadership, and continuous improvement of participant outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate participant services
  • Lead and develop staff
  • Ensure quality and compliance
  • Drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate across teams

What We’re Looking For:

  • Relevant qualification in Disability, Community Services, or similar (Certificate IV minimum)
  • At least 2 years’ experience in disability, community, or mental health services.
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience, including managing and supporting frontline teams
  • Strong knowledge of the NDIS framework, including Practice Standards, Code of Conduct, and person-centred service delivery.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex situations and build effective stakeholder relationships
