💧 Support rostering, scheduling and day-to-day operations

💧 Monitor swimmer progression and help maintain strong program standards

💧 Work closely with the centre leadership team to support centre performance

💧 Champion safeguarding, safety and a positive, high-performing team culture

About You:

✔️ Excellent organisation and the ability to balance competing priorities

✔️ A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach

✔️ A genuine commitment to teaching quality, safeguarding and safety

✔️Current Swim Teacher qualification, CPR, First Aid and Blue Card, or willingness to obtain/update as required

Previous leadership or supervisory experience will be highly regarded. We’re also keen to hear from experienced aquatic professionals who are ready to take the next step into leadership.
