CareWays Community are seeking entry level and experienced Care Team members to provide support to our elderly clients in their own homes. This role reports to the Care Worker supervisor and provides a range of services to our elderly clients to support them to remain in their home. These services can include domestic assistance, personal care, social support, shopping, respite and transport to appointments.
We have casual and permanent part-time positions available with hours available to work around your study and life commitments.
About you
To be considered you must have:
- Looking to enrol, working towards or a completed certificate III in Individual Support, aged care, community care or disability. Completion of Bachelor of Nursing degree first year is also suitable.
- Current first aid certificate
- Driver’s licence and reliable car with full comprehensive insurance
- Smart phone and basic understanding of how to use apps

Remuneration
Position is subject to award conditions under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010 as Home Care Employee Grade 1/2/3 ($31.13 -$34.59 per hour plus loading if applicable).
Phone, uniform and laundering allowance provided as well as travel time between clients and kilometres ($0.99 per km).
