As a Provider Success Officer at CareVicinity, you’ll play a key role in growing our marketplace by identifying, engaging and converting care workers into active platform users. Through consultative sales conversations, you’ll demonstrate the value of CareVicinity, guide providers through onboarding, and help them build a sustainable pipeline of work. You’ll also provide technical support as needed, guiding and supporting users through the platform, resolving blockers and answering inbound queries. The role is high-volume and phone-led (80+ calls/day) to hit conversion KPI’s.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the end-to-end sales journey from enquiry through to onboarding and activation.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound phone outreach (80+ calls/day) using consultative selling techniques to demonstrate the value of CareVicinity.
  • Equip workers with the knowledge and confidence to independently navigate the platform, search for and apply for jobs, lodge shifts, and manage their ongoing activity.
  • Provide prompt, first-line platform support and resolve platform enquiries via phone, email and chat.
  • Re-engage inactive providers and identify opportunities to increase platform adoption and retention.
  • Liaise with Client Success, Compliance and Accounts teams to coordinate onboarding, resolve operational issues and deliver a seamless provider experience.
  • Maintain accurate provider records, interactions and onboarding progress within company systems.
  • Identify opportunities to improve worker conversion, engagement, platform adoption, retention and overall provider satisfaction.

  • Have worked in a call centre or similar high-volume sales role
  • Previous outbound sales experience is highly regarded.
  • Enjoy working towards targets and KPIs.
  • Can confidently handle objections and influence outcomes.
  • Are ambitious and driven to achieve outstanding results and continuously improve.
  • Have strong problem-solving ability, applying sound judgement and critical thinking to navigate complex, sensitive, or evolving situations
  • Pick up new systems and technology quickly we’ll train you on our platform, but tech confidence helps (Experience in using CRM’s, ticketing systems and Microsoft 365 is desired)
