Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our Dandenong South site and play a key role in driving operational performance, team success, and outstanding repair outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily workshop operations and production planning
• Ensure repairs are completed to the highest quality standards and within target timeframes
• Drive workshop efficiency, productivity, and key-to-key performance
• Foster a positive safety culture and maintain a safe working environment
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve their full potential
• Monitor repair processes and ensure industry best practices are followed
• Assess vehicles throughout the repair process and identify additional repair requirements when necessary

About You

• Proven experience managing an automotive repair workshop, preferably within the collision repair industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
• Trade qualifications in Panel Beating and/or Spray Painting highly regarded
• Positive, hands-on leadership style with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Intermediate computer skills
• Australian working rights
