We are currently seeking a full-time Customer Care Advisor to support our sites across Queensland. As part of our Multi-Site Support Team, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly across multiple locations, including Caboolture and Brendale. The Customer Care Advisor will be the point of contact with the customer and share the responsibility for guiding them through the end to end repair experience across both the CARe Automotive and MotorOne Autobody networks.

About the role:
- Be the point of contact for our customers, providing friendly and efficient service throughout their repair journey
- Collaborate with internal teams and liaise with insurance companies to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues
- Resolve customer enquiries and concerns in person and via phone with a high degree of professionalism
- Liaise with insurance company as needed
- Monitor and update the bookings to meet business needs and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
About You:
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first attitude
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to travel between sites as business needs require
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- IT literacy and competency, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate different software systems
- Familiarity with automotive insurance claims or automotive customer service experience will be highly desirable
- A collaborative team player who is ready to contribute to and support a positive work environment
- Must be a Permanent Resident or hold appropriate Australian working rights
